Strategic leadership through turn-around to IPO
Cambridge, United Kingdom
I can point to a history of success, achieving public offerings on both sides of the Atlantic from turnaround and troubled start-up situations, through intuitive strategic marketing and strong leadership from the front. I apply listening but decisive management to rapidly build, or re-build, a balanced corporate team focused intensely on a successful outcome. I believe I apply an innovative, think outside-the-box approach.
