I've been a professional real estate investor for over 13 years and have participated in well over 500 real estate transactions. As the President and co-Founder of the New York State Real Estate Investors Association I've been interviewed and featured in stories in the Albany Times Union, Captial District Business Review, Schenectady Gazette, Troy Record, Mid Hudson Valley Business Journal and many other newspapers as well as Property Investor magazine. I've been a guest a several radio shows, have been featured on television and the Internet. In 2006 I was a finalist for the popular A & E television show "Flip This House". Prior to all of this I had 9 years of commercial experience with Getty Petroleum Corp in their retail marketing/real estate division. Currently I am also a licensed associate broker with Keller Williams Realty Capital District and run the Eberle Team there.
Recently my wife and I completed our first real estate course "Panning for Gold 1" and currently have 6 other courses in development.

I also negotiated and implemented the Getty traffic van, the Thirsty Thursday gas promotions, and the M&M Mars Snickers bar promotions among other alternative uses and promotions.
