Formed joint development and marketing relationships with Microsoft and Qualcomm in support of security add-on products for their respective email products. Less than one year after founding, negotiated the sale of Deming Internet Security (via merger) to Worldtalk Corporation in a deal valued at $6.9mm in cash and stock.
