As a freelance visual & interaction designer I work with clients to develop ideas and concepts into fullgrown websites. In this I take an integral approach, balancing the different ingredients and stakeholders. My focus is on creating great user experiences keeping in mind that usability and brand experience are essentially one.
With 6+ years of design experience and a background in aerospace engineering I am comfortable on both the design and the technical level. But most of all I'm curious: I enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams, combining knowledge from different fields, learning new things and exploring new ideas.

60 Minute Magazine is a series of magazines and events that started as a Nieuwe Garde project. During the events an entire magazine is created within the span of one day by young designers, writers, photographers, etc under the guidance of experienced professional magazine creators. The result is a creative, hectic, chaotic but very inspiring day and magazine.
After the event the resulting magazine is published and distributed in the Netherlands.
