Bobby Dale Earnhardt's Summary
Bobby Dale Earnhardt Wants to Earn Success
Bobby Dale Earnhardt, the 1st grandson of Dale Earnhardt, Sr., and son of Kerry Earnhardt is out to prove that he too deserves a chance to lineup on race day, side-by-side with today’s best drivers, and he intends to earn the right to do just that.
Last year, 2012, was the first of Bobby Dale’s three-year plan to gain driving experience, earn respect, and create the opportunity to drive in NASCAR.
As his grandfather began his racing career with little more than a dream and determination, Bobby Dale too plans to climb to the top one rung at a time.
“I’m working to raise the money on my own and start in the development series like everyone else,” Bobby Dale said.
Bobby Dale Earnhardt recently moved from his hometown of Rockingham, NC, to Charleston, WV, where he has been attacking dirt tracks and honing his skills. When he’s not driving, he’s cultivating a portfolio of sponsors and working at All-N-One Pawn Shop in Charleston, WV.
Bobby Dale knows his journey toward being a NASCAR driver is one that will not be easy with the expectations race fans will place upon him because of his last name. Just as his grandfather relied on his work ethic and talent to forge his own path, Bobby Dale intends to earn fans’ respect the very same way.
Bobby Dale Earnhardt is proud of his family name, but he’s ready to add a new chapter to the Earnhardt legacy. He intends to write those chapters one race at a time until his own story earns a hefty branch on the Earnhardt family tree.
Specialties: I have a diverse background of skills relating to racing. Connected to racing by going to my dad's Nationwide (formerly Busch) races and working for my uncle.
