I'm a very driven individual that has the desire to generate capital to eventually be a venture capitalist. I'll stay around the area of sales to generate my primary income because I enjoy meeting new people and networking. In the next 10 years I plan to open a successful lounge/restaurant with a strong management team. I also have a few other projects on the back burner that I'll try to accomplish before I reach the age of 40. I am the Marketing Director for DC Metropolitan area. My company sells remodeling services. Energy efficient windows (energy star approved), Kitchens, Bathrooms, Siding, Roofing, Flooring, etc. I set up marketing homes to generate business in new areas where my company has yet to do business. I bartended in one of the top 3 spots in this club and also was very involved with promotion and event planning. Helped provide hospitality for various celebrities and coordinated a wide variety of parties. I was deeply involved in all operations of the 3000 sq ft club and was a versatile employee that worked well under pressure and always had a positive attitude. I managed the Bistro/Coffee bar inside of the club and made it very profitable by lowering the overheard and created better profit margins by creating a more efficient menu which allowed for the sales to increase rapidly. I was in line to be the next general manager of the Mike Romeo Group.

Completed Wine Training with Daniel Mahdavian (http://www.mahdavian.net/). He's a very successful consultant and has helped open many successful restaurants with great wine lists. I was involved in the initial opening of this Las Vegas style Lounge. I trained the staff and made sure they upheld the standards necessary to maintain the professional look and quality of service expected from Micheal Romeo.
