Hands-on software process improvement including implementation of large scale SCM systems (e.g. ClearCase/Multisite, Subversion(SVN), MKS, Accurev, CVS, StarTeam, PVCS, IBM Team Connection, IBM z/OS extensions). Implement automated Workflow systems (Rational ClearQuest/Kovair) to support software process improvement (full SDLC) - business process reengineering (BPR) to address issues in the software development effort (e.g. repeatable builds, ITIL Service Desk, code promotion, IT governance and compliance - SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley, COBIT 4.1, ITIL v3, ISO/EIA/IEEE).
Vice Chair of IEEE 828 (CM Plan) working group. Build engineering including Ant/Maven/CruiseControl (continuous integration) on both Unix/Windows. Strong interest/experience in offshore outsourcing process and best practices (CMMI, Agile/XP).
Editor-in-Chief at CM Crossroads (www.cmcrossroads.com) - promoting active participation in virtual community to support CM best practices, review SCM products including MKS, Accurev and others.
ClearCase SME - Hands-on Process Improvement (SPI) - solve software development problems (e.g. repeatable builds, release management) and support SDLC/ALM in large scale financial services firms. Implement automated workflow using Rational ClearQuest/Kovair.
IBM/Rational tools SME
Promote good corporate citizenship to secure global financial infrastructure, enforce compliance and promote software process (e.g. CMMI, Agile, ITIL, IEEE/ISO/EIA) and SCM best practices (www.cmcrossroads.com).
