This goal is accomplished by teaching the fundamentals of technical project management. EE615 - Business Process Modeling - The purpose of this course it to demonstrate the necessity of aligning business processes with IT solutions in order to achieve the strategic goals of a company. It teaches you how to recognize inefficient business processes and revamp them utilizing the latest IT technologies and management techniques.
