Pacific Jungle manages Hawaii-based drum and bass talent, books drum and bass artists for events in Hawaii, and promotes those artists and events. As of now, we manage many of Hawaii's Drum and Bass DJs along with MCs Enemy and Kelvin Zero. More artists are constantly being added. Subphonix, an all DnB monthly event began October 7th, 2005 and we handle all the booking and promotions for that event. Subphonix is the 1st Friday of every month at Mercury Bar, downtown Honolulu. So far guests have included Dylan & Robyn Chaos (Freak/Obscene Recordings), DJ Mowgli (Clique/CBS), Rouge State (Translation Recordings), Quantum (7-17), Shimon (Ram Records), DJ Whizard (MSL, LA), Nightstalker and MC XYZ (Knowlege, Rinse, LA), DJ Lee (Metalheadz, Atlas), and DJ Circuit (Almost Famous, LA). And we promise, it is only going to get crazier! We have also had our second all-DnB event in collaboration with Electr01yfe called Echoplex.
