Head of Digital Media, Member of the Board at Clausen+Reitsma GmbH. Owner of BlackTar.
Cologne Area, Germany
My experience range from having had the fortune to contribute to groundbreaking educational (e.g. edutainment) and informational (e.g. HSE) productions for big oil, governmental agencies and Norway's leading newspapers through the leader in educational multi media in Norway, Media Farm AS, to defining and building web-based mission critical front and back-ends for leading infrastructure (broadband/energy/IP telephony/IPTV) providers and Triple-Play innovators, major newspapers, big oil and big shipping through the regional leading company for web based mission critical front- and back-ends, Oberon IT AS.
Sometime during the dotcom bubble burst, I even found myself co-founding the very popular enterprise grade open source Content Management System (CMS), Plone.
Currently I am thoroughly enjoying working directly with T-Mobile International and all of the members of the European T-Mobile family through Clausen + Reitsma GmbH, helping shape the future of the highly innovative and progressive brand.
My goals are to put Plone on Mars and direct a full feature movie - not necessarily in that order.
Making sense, making people talk, making things work, building trust and mutual understanding. Through the years I have been told by my peers that I excel at finding new opportunities and solutions by making people talk to each other, going out of my way to ensure that everyone understand each other, pull in the same constructive direction and truly deliver. As a Norwegian Anglophile living and working in Germany, the language and cultural skills possessed are probably not to be underestimated.
