    * Conceived, developed & launched “Inter@Xion” a Next-Gen CO VoIP solution; $12m to $163m.
    * Led Due Diligence in $780m acquisition of AT&T Unisource Comm. Services (AUCS) with full P&L for IXC voice business.
    * Developed & launched 8 new global services along with a large (19m user) custom B/OSS, 73-node global network, operations and 40 data centers.
