Bartosz has been dealing with sales planning, support and realization in the area of ERP system solutions for already a decade. He has been focusing mainly on the family of mySAP ERP, the biggest player of ERP market and the second biggest Oracle.
He has gained his experience in management and sales in both small and local companies. He worked on the development strategies and the creation of effective sales departments. He also worked in large enterprises belonging to the biggest industrial group in the world. There he coordinated the activities of consultant teams as one of the youngest employees holding a managerial position.
In contacts with customers, such as Amica Wronki, Hochtief Polska, Volkswagen Poznań, the amount for individual sales (Professional Services) surpassed 60.000.000 PLN. This proves his knowledge, skills and effectiveness of undertaken activities. Currently, he holds the possition of Director of Development Strategy managing a dynamically developing consulting company.
In year 2007 he provided magnificent rise in turnover +130 per cent (from 4.6M to over 11M) and maintained recrutment process from 26 to over 80 employee.
He is also an expert of IT solutions at Business Centre Club.
In his private life, he enjoys works of Jerzy Kosinski, Pinot Grigio as well as Sauvignon Blanc, Sushi and Montecristo Edmundo cigars.
ICC Certified Coach. He deals with individual and group coaching. He conducts training in the area of motivation, personal change, creating teams and solving crisis situations. He has gained and developed his knowledge during studies of clinical psychology at the department of psychology at Warsaw School of Social Psychology.
