-Served as a point of contact for the insured, claimants, body shops, rental car agencies, and attorneys for questions and claim status
-Attempted to resolve all claims within 24 hours as the claim being reported
-Reviewed police reports for contributing factors that will assist in completing both coverage and liability investigations
