Bill Swaringim has been on staff at Windsor Crossing Community Church overseeing the technical staff, volunteers and systems since 2007, the same year he was awarded a WFX Solomon Award for Best Technical Director. Bill’s passion for technology, creativity and ministry has shined through the years of full time technical ministry in the mega-church environment. His experience comes from leading technical production system design for campus relocation, launching venue and multi-site environments, multiple system renovations and leading and developing amazing volunteer teams and solid tech staff to support the weekend worship experience.
His heart for the ministry side of technology shines through in writings, his teams and recently, the launch of the Church Technical Director’s Roundtable ( www.ctdrt ) where his dream came alive to provide networking, learning and sharing opportunities focused for the full time local church technical ministry leader.
