CEO of Leading Edge Process Consultants; SEI Authorized CMMI Instructor
Washington D.C. Metro Area
My company, Leading Edge Process Consultants, is a Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Partner organization, specializing in CMMI-based process improvement consulting and training services.
I conduct public SEI Introduction to CMMI (CMMI-DEV) training on a regular basis at my state-of-the-art facility in Reston, Virginia. I've taught this course more than 35 times to over 600 students nationwide, and I average a 4.9 instructor rating. My students love my approach to the course, due largely to my use of real-world examples and personal anecdotes - delivered in an engaging style sprinkled with a dash of humor. I also teach the one-day SEI Services Supplement for CMMI (CMMI-SVC).
I've traveled to over 20 client sites to teach the Introduction to CMMI at their facilities. Previous customers include the Department of Homeland Security, AT&T, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman.
Consulting? I do that as well. My "bandwidth" is limited, so I evaluate potential consulting engagements on a case-by-case basis. I limit myself to one or two customers at a time, to help keep my quality of service high.
I look forward to hearing from you, or perhaps seeing you or one of your valued colleagues in my class!
