Bill Kiefaber is the Chief Operating Officer of GRIP Technology, LLC. In his role, he is responsible for developing growth strategies, overseeing client relationships and managing the internal operations of the company.
Kiefaber brings more than 17 years of management, marketing and communications experience to GRIP Technology and its clients. During his career, he has developed a strong knowledge and expertise in internal process management, strategic planning and program implementation related to interactive marketing, brand positioning, consumer and business-to-business research, promotional campaigns and internal/external communications.
Prior to joining GRIP Technology, Kiefaber spent more than seven years as a Vice President at Paul Werth Associates, a nationally-recognized public relations firm. During this time, he was responsible for overseeing the development of results-oriented public relations, communications and marketing programs for corporate, technology and high growth companies. Previously, he has served in client management and consulting roles with Resource Interactive and Retail Planning Associates, as well as serving as the marketing manager for Deloitte and Touche’s Central Ohio practice. During his career, Kiefaber has worked for a broad mix of clients including Hewlett-Packard, Wal-Mart, Huntington National Bank, Battelle, JUSCO (Japan), Westpac Banking Corporation (Australia), Grupo Minsa (Mexico), Ohio Department of Development and Accenture.
Kiefaber is heavily involved in the Central Ohio community and serves on a variety of non-profit and advisory boards, including Leadership Columbus, one of the top five community leadership programs in the United States. In 2004, he was recognized by Business First of Columbus as one of the top business leaders in Central Ohio under the age of 40. Kiefaber earned a B.S.B.A. in Marketing from The Ohio State University and currently lives in Westerville with his wife Suzy and their two children.
