I have had a wide variety of experiences in my career. Scholar. Chef. Technologist. Executive. Consultant. What's the "red thread" that connects them all together? A love for new ideas, problem solving and story-telling. My work at Pomegranate, ArtPrize, Spout and appliedthinking are no different. I excel at helping clients ...and well, getting them moving.

What is design? A plan for arranging elements in such a way as to best accomplish a particular purpose.
Charles Eames.
Our approach is straight-forward and stresses back-to-the-basics methods. We ask deceptively simple questions to catalyze change and innovation while creating clarity.
- What's next for us?
- What are we proposing to do?
- What is the customer value?
- How will we do it?
- Why is it better than today?
- Compared to what?
However simple, the method used to answer these question takes a great amount of discipline and focus. The end result is a set of deliverables that help organizations innovate and visualize a new set of possibilities (AKA, a vision), add new value to the market by (re)defining their customers better than anyone else, and translate that vision into action by creating a tangible, agile plan.
