I offer a range of creative and advisory services, principally copywriting and communications/new media consultancy for businesses that want to revitalise the way they talk to their customers. I specialise in tone of voice and customer relationship copywriting, with an emphasis on online and direct response work.
I also offer a comprehensive training service, aimed at both small and large businesses and organisations that want to develop their in-house communications talent.
Additionally, I do a lot of feature writing and consultant editing work. I am an associate editor of Business Matters magazine (the UK's largest publication for the SME market) and the co-author, with Mike Pywell, of Working for Yourself, a Which? Essential Guide.
