I am founder and owner of Strategic Business Architects which I created in order to help individuals and professionals at all levels take the guesswork out of the changes in their work and lives.
Just as buildings are not erected and planes are not built without a plan, so also we can take much of the unnecessary risk and stress out of our lives and realize much greater levels of success by discovering and leveraging our strengths and creating clear plans to build our futures and companies upon.
I compliment my proprietary programs, models and frameworks with a few best-of-breed industry tools and methods to give my clients all they need to discover and build upon their strengths, manage their weaknesses, and build effective plans and accountability into their futures. These include the Birkman International Assessment, Kolb Learning Style Indicator, One Page Business Plans, and philosophies and methods from Arbinger Institute.
I am also founder of Whiteboards That Work! ™ which I established in 2006.
Since 1995, I have been helping project managers, business analysts, enterprise architects, sales people and all types of professionals dramatically increase their effectiveness through visual communications and visual design strategies and techniques. I have more than 30 years experience as a teacher, coach, innovator, strategist, and technologist. I’m passionate about effective communications and find great satisfaction in helping others excel.

I’ve built the programs and services I offer on proven, world-class tools and methods you can depend on for dramatic results that strike at the very heart of where it counts the most:
1. Knowing and leveraging your strengths and the strengths of those around you using Birkman International’s personality tools and reports
