Responsibilities include :
• Lead the solutions team towards all ITSM bids and proposals by understanding customer requirements, responding to RFQs, RFPs, etc using technologies like BMC Remedy, HP Peregrine and CA Unicenter suites.
• Creation of Responses to RFPs / Bids from both Technical and Functional perspective including Statement of Work (SOW), Technical Scope, Assumptions, Effort Estimates, Solution overview, Technical Architecture, Resource Loading patterns, etc.
• Lead bid response teams and effectively manage the response by making it a suitable to the customer, cost effective and address gaps to be met to ensure the win.
• Manage a team of SMEs for ITSM for developing plug-in for Customer solution architectures.
