What about schools for the kids? “Been there, done that”…Yes, I too am a veteran real estate client, and after deciding to simply learn more about real estate, I earned my real estate license, and wahlah! Now I am a broker associate!

In my previous “life” as a Naval Flight Instructor and commercial pilot, I flew to just about every state in this great country of ours, and actually lived in several as well. After being firmly grounded in southwest Idaho since 1997–the longest my family has lived anywhere–I’ve learned that I need not be at 35,000 feet or more to quickly attain the “big picture,” maintain my strong sense of attention to detail, and gravitate toward quality.

Whether it is a home, short term or long, “starter” to luxury/corporate, investment property, breaking out of a foreclosure spiral, bare land, referrals out of state/area, consultation–I’m here to take care of the details.

I enjoy working, and take pride in a job well done. My life’s experiences seem to have led me to this great place to live and work, and this business is very much a fit with my varied skill set. As well, possessing empathy, and easily understanding homeowners’ motivations are strong suits of mine, and the relationships are really what I take with me wherever I go!
