As the Customer Service Manager I oversee inbound customer service functions as well as oubound sales and retention services. I directly manage 20 full and part time employees.
My highest priority is to ensure that all our customers are treated with respect and their issues handled with just one contact.

This department was reopened in July and currently operates as a cross-functional enterprise which encompases circulation home delivery, billing and sales.
As the department manager I am responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, coaching and leading a team of two supervisors and approximately 20 full and part-time representatives.

I was contracted briefly to coordinate Rain Bird's participation in the International Golf Trade Show in Atlanta, GA. I oversaw all aspects of our participation from booth design and coordination to catering and travel arrangements. I worked closely with the Ritz Carlton to coordinate our 5 daily training sessions for some 250 participants including hotel rooms, banquets, travel arrangements and session materials. I also worked with the Marketing Manager to develop presentations and materials for each training class.
