Beth Bloomfield is an experienced executive coach, strategic consultant, published author, and former federal senior executive whose clients include top leaders in the business, non-profit, and public sectors. She is an adjunct faculty member in the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, and coaches executive MBA candidates at the business schools of both the University of Maryland and the University of Virginia. She is a co-editor of the book "On Becoming a Leadership Coach" (forthcoming July 2008, Palgrave MacMillan.) Beth has a special interest in coaching senior leaders in forward-thinking organizations on how they can develop Gen Y leaders to meet the challenges of our collective future.
