She is an adjunct faculty member in the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, and coaches executive MBA candidates at the business schools of both the University of Maryland and the University of Virginia. She is a co-editor of the book "On Becoming a Leadership Coach" (forthcoming July 2008, Palgrave MacMillan.)
