Managed all logistic details of events including negotiating contracts with convention centers, hotels, catering companies, performance venues, and sub-contractors. Oversaw all volunteer needs for the event before the events and on-site. Developed sponsorship budgets, set sales goals, and monitor sales and proposal activity on a regular basis. I managed an event team of two, directly reporting to me, and four more indirectly reporting to me throughout the year. I worked with our GMA Foundation to manage any special events or fundraisers throughout the year.
