I help integrating "Open source" and "Free software" with commercial products. I work closely with the Systems Software (The Linux Kernel, System Tools and basic BSP platforms.) I take a keen interest in strategic management decisions that have a direct impact on the specifics of my work. I also help out in team-building and training exercises to help hi-tech software teams achieve their best possible levels of efficiency. I like to work closely with hardware design and development teams to ensure that a solution is tailored at every level for the end-application or class of application it must suit.
I provide assistance to support functions including System Administration and Office Administration to help ease their interface with everyone in the company.

My work involves porting Embedded Linux/custom-executive OS to the new platform, optimizing the end-platform for consumer/industrial use. This is usually delivered to an application vertical team for further integration. I also work on defining and tuning quality parameter for the core platform which has a significant impact on the end product.
