I also developed steady relations with universities mostly in Georgia.

I have interest in new challenges like joining a multilateral organization or short term consultancy. I have done several consultations, among them one regarding “possible labor law flexibilization in Mexico” for the World Bank and The Mexican Labor Ministry in May-August 1990. I have interest and background in Higher Education and Educational research, I was probably, one of the first Mexican speakers at the Center for Educational Research and Innovation at OECD Meetings in early 1995 just few months after Mexico joined OECD as member in May 1994. I wrote a paper for CERI-OECD and University of Pennsylvania "School to work transition in Mexico" that later was published in the USA by Dr Dan Wagner and David Stern. I have a wide number of publications as co-author of several books on education, US-Mexico Relations, Indigenous Rights in Mexico and Latin America and Industrial policies focusing in small and medium industries and globalization.
