My current focus at Lloyds Banking Group is on the usability and governance of Web 2.0 services within the organisation using SharePoint 2007. Previous responsibilities at HBOS include developing a taxonomy for knowledge management, and the development and implementation of governance processes for the desktop. Before joining HBOS in 2004, I spent several years as a consultant and contractor specialising in web site content management, mainly in Telecomms companies (Ericsson, Orange, BT) mainly in Northern Europe. My introduction to IT was via networking and datacomms.
