As a participative media, Lepost.fr experiments with the future of online news.

Project manager, in charge of new medias strategies for the company.
I launched "quelcandidat.com" the first participative media with news both from journalists and "citizen journalists" in France.
Launched in February by Dauphine Libere, quelcandidat.com was a Web2.0 news website for the presidential elections.
In 2 months, the website made 15 millions pages viewed and 1,5 million visitors (about 35.000 visitors a day).

We were here to help the newspaper to stop losing audience and circulation, and to reorganize the newsroom.
In January 2005, when we started, circulation rate was : - 5%. In November 2006 : + 17%. Progression betwen 2005 and 2006 : +2.5%
