Professionally, I have academic education in biology, writing, research and data handling; and I have experience from computer dept. support functions face to face / by email / by phone, fixing and wiring the Internet by codes and cables alike, computer maintenance, data collection in real life, mail distribution and journalistic research and writing.
Friends and former colleagues tell me I approach tasks with calm and systematic analysis, finish them with solid end products.
