I am the senior ColdFusion developer and the head of our research and development team. I am constantly trying to stay ahead of the technology curve, learning about all the new advances in ColdFusion, Flash, Javascript, and whatever else is “hot.” I am responsible for organizing peer teaching sessions to help all of our employees stay current with the technology. I sit in on interviews as the technology consultant. I perform code review and am available at any time to help other employees get past road blocks. I have re-built several of our ColdFusion product solutions from the ground up to be cleaner, faster, XHTML compliant, and able to leverage all the new advances of the ColdFusion MX family.

I was responsible for building and maintained the front end to our ColdFusion powered extranet solution. I also headed up our research and development effort, experimenting with advances in Flash Components and .NET applications. Outside of the primary extranet project, I developed smaller ColdFusion sites from start to finish.
