De combinatie coachen en NLP levert verbluffend snelle resultaten op (ik noem dit soms ‘toveren met een glimlach’). Het begeleiden van mensen, die een stapje verder op hun (professionele) pad willen zetten, zorgt ervoor dat ik mezelf steeds blijf ontwikkelen. Elke klant is namelijk een uitdaging om iets bij te leren.
Als dochter van een mijnbouwkundig ingenieur heb ik de halve wereld bewoond en met vele culturen kennisgemaakt.
Na een opleiding Verpleegkunde ben ik in 1977 naar Afrika getrokken, om daar via diverse organisaties ontwikkelingswerk te doen. Na veel banen/landen en het lesgeven aan mijn eigen kinderen (kleuter-, lagere school en brugklas) kwam ik in 1992 terug naar Nederland.
Werkte bij een ICT-adviesbureau waar ik veel mensgerichte taken had (HR, coaching, trainingen) en studeerde daarnaast Bedrijfskunde en Management en een paar jaar Nederlands Recht.
In 1998 begonnen mijn levenspartner en ik een organisatieadviesbureau, waarin Business coaching een belangrijk onderdeel van mijn taken werd. In 2003 ontdekte ik mijn ware passie: Neuro Linguistisch Programmeren (NLP) en volgde diverse opleidingen daarin.
Momenteel werk ik als Business en Life Coach en gelicenceerd en gecertificeerd NLP Trainer, opgeleid door Richard Bandler, en verzorg vanuit ons eigen bedrijf een paar keer per jaar de opleiding NLP (Master) Practitioner.

I use NLP if it proves useful at the time. Which it does, most of the time. And I combine it with everything else I know.
Some people like it when I coach them with the help of their horoscope. It helps them understand their psychological processes.
I believe we are influenced by the planets as much as we influence the planets.
