As the Sales and Training manager I coordinate and develop all sales programs for the credit union. Part of my duties is to manage an outbound sales team and coordinate cold calls, door to door marketing and other sales opportunities. I have developed an on site sales training program to train every employee on how to sell. Each employee coordinates their sales and goals through their manager and my department. In addition I travel to all branches and train employees, motivate employees and manage their sales. On the regular training aspect, I have taken over all other training duties over the past year and re-developed training programs in multiple areas: tellering, loans, new accounts, sales, branching, robbery, etc.
