Product development for BT's retail arm: built a rapidly-deployable VoIP exchange for small businesses based on open-source Asterisk project, defining strategy for service wrap and pricing. Proposition development for BT's sustainability consultancy defining a power-aware IT estate audit system aligned to international standards in reporting.

Transformational project within a £40m network test centre to align practices to the principles of Agile Development. Redesigned processes to reduce people intensity and improve customer engagement, working with global partners to automate equipment configuration, execution and reporting. Standardised practice across national centres and provided strategic guidance to operational arm on adoption of tools and technologies.
