Service Desk: First line support helping users and progressing calls.
Site Team: Second line support helping users on a one-to-one basis and giving more time directly to each problem.
Desktop Team: Novell Application Delivery, created and maintain software on a Novell system.
Systems team: Working with Solaris and Linux systems, administering mail systems, DHCP, DNS, webspace and web sub-domain names. I also helped with setting up new SPARC based Sun installations. This is my favourite work so far - I look forward to doing more *nix based work.
Project Office: Being the project management department, I go an insight into how IS projects are managed through to fruitition, also how information is gathered and how projects are selected.

I helped to manage a Windows 2000 domain with all related servers and workstations.
I helped to maintain the desktops on a day to day basis, but I also worked with Active Directory too.
This was my first venture into corporate computing, where I learned about DNS, DHCP, Domains, Windows functionality as a desktop and a server, Corporate Antivirus Systems, Structured Networking, Corporate Software Management.

Units included: Digital Foresics, Network Security, White Collar Crime, Offender Profiling, Strategic Risk Management. My project involved a study of Microsofts Bitlocker Encryption Implementation and it's effects on Digital Forensics.
