  As AD / PLM at Defiant Skate I provide direction to sub-contractors and confirm that all definitive imagery is fit for the companies web, advertising, collateral material, and products. Thus, ensuring that all design and marketing approaches meet the highest of standards and align accordingly with our company mission statement, projected terms, goals, and style. Marketing, artistry resourcing, photography, and design layout play integral roles in assuring we reach our determined audience and demographic. Building a solid foundation through branding and iconic name recognition is simply the ground point expressed through aesthetic collaboration, conceptual integration, and information / data processing. Wearing many hats is a prerequisite to acheive time efficient deadlines, solid staff structure, and cohesive layers of seasonal and mold-breaking production.
