Founder , Agile Coach at AgileFAQ / Net Present Value
Greater Seattle Area
I am a Agile practitioner, Certified Scrum Practitioner, experienced software craftsman, entrepreneur and founder of Agile FAQ, a premier Agile consulting engineering focused, product organization.
It is not just about Scrum or Lean. It is about Agile Architecture, Simple design, An ability to talk the talk and walk the walk with developers, product managers and executives alike. It is about building a lean organization that is customer focused with predictable sustainable product release cycles. It is about sitting with developers and coding along and about standing in front of a large group and doing a large scale design.
I have helped numerous companies achieve agility by working closely with them as a coach, embedded team member and servant master.
If you are looking for ways to restructure your organization to become more lean, release often and be customer focused, that is an area my organization can help.
My goal is to build a premier technology organization that is second to none. It is to that end i have set up this company that is focused on building products and providing consulting that is very result oriented and truthful.
I am always looking for newer ventures and meeting other like minded entrepreneurs.
