With over 16 years of experience in Operations Mangement, Manufacturing, Supply chain and Continuous Improvement, I have compiled a very broad and effective skill set. For almost 8 years, I worked with experts in the Toyota Production System learning how to apply Lean Methodologies in both Manufacturing and Transactional (office) environments. I enjoy working through the rigors of creating clear alignment between the big-picture goals with the tactical objectives, and then executing the tactical plans to ensure results. It inspires me to look for new and different ways of solving problems to make companies more effective.
In addition to an MBA, I am also a SS Black Belt, and Lean certified from the Association of Manufacturing Excellence (AME). I enjoy public speaking and have presented at several trade organization meetings on the topic of Lean.

BSBA , Business, International Business , 1997 — 1999
A great deal of the focus of this degree was centered on communications. In almost every class, there were requirements that we present ourselves in a presentation format. This led to my passion for speaking in public. In each class there was an additional requirement for written assignements. These two attributes helped me develop speaking and writing skills that have proven very valuable over my career.
