Independent Writer and Intellectual Property Attorney
Boise, Idaho Area
I am a writer and intellectual property attorney. I stepped away from practice to pursue writing full time in 2007. I am the author of "Virtual Law: Navigating the Legal Landscape of Virtual Worlds" (April, 2008). I have several fiction and non-fiction projects in the works as well. As much fun as it has been, I have found that I really miss the day-to-day practice of law, and intend to return at some point in 2008.
In regard to legal issues, I've largely focused on intellectual property law, litigation, and the emerging field of "virtual law." In regard to virtual worlds, I have focused on legal issues, internal governance, economics, and policy.
