    - Built and trained a 12 person team from scratch to support the 50+ software applications and integrations that serve more than 1,000 internal, 14,000 retail and 42,000 partner users.
    - Led efforts to define Mission Statement, roles and responsibilities, and team job descriptions for 75 person department.
    - Led quarterly field market visits to educate team and partners on the structure, function, and unique systems requirements of each of T-Mobile's Sales channels.
