Mechanical analysis
Västerås Area, Sweden
I have a PhD in structural dynamics and a MSc degree in machine engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden. Currently I work as a specialist in a consultant company in Västerås, Sweden, typically with stress analysis of systems and components in the nuclear power industry.
Structural dynamics, solid mechanics
(Mechanical or Industrial Engineering industry)
August 2006 — Present (3 years 4 months)
I work with stress analysis of structures in general, and specifically of pipes and other pressure equipment in the nuclear power industry. I use modelling tools like Ansys, Caepipe and Pipestress.
(Educational Institution; Research industry)
March 2002 — June 2006 (4 years 4 months)
In June 2006 I defended my Dr. Tech. (PhD) in structural dynamics. I worked with developing and evaluating mathematical models describing the free and forced vibration of sandwich beams.
(Public Company; 10,001 or more employees; Transportation/Trucking/Railroad industry)
2001 — 2001 (less than a year)
I was working with different models for the prediction of the sound transmission loss through partitions in trains, particulary the new C20 subway train used in Stockholm and the interregional train Regina.
