Working on surface mount assembly and rework, thru-hole assemblies / repairs / inspection / rework, wire from 28AWG to 3/0, standard and Lead-Free ROHS solder, crimp, splice, connectors, housings, power supplies, circuit boards, heatsinks, displays, voltage operations from 3V through 480V, single and three-phased, environment sealing, waterproofing, harnesses, motors, controllers, water well pumps and turbines.

Quality inspection and control, rework, assembly, packaging, inventory control, shipping and receiving, task delegation, communications, hiring / lay-offs / firing of employees, training, delivery, computer experience on Windows 95, 98 and XP Pro.
