While offices continue to close their doors and agents leave the business as fast as they came in search of wealth, he remains committed to perfecting his craft as Full Service, Full Time Realtor®. He is in for the long hall no matter how difficult the going gets.

In addition to providing excellent Buyer and Seller representation, he has been quick to “re-tool” to best serve the unique needs of distressed sellers and banks. His specialties include Accurate Valuation, Acquisition, Disposition and Liquidation of Corporate Owned / REO Properties and Asset Management. Designations: NAR’s ePro® and is currently completing the new GREEN® certification.

Experience in traditional market sales, estate / guardianships, Short Sales and Foreclosure sales and has completed over 200 BPO’s (Broker Price Opinions).

    Bart joined Raytheon upon graduation from the Rochester Institute of Technology, class of '83, taking a position with Factory Test equipment, Patriot missile program having designed numerous microwave sub-component test equipments. During Bart's tenure with Raytheon, he was given an opportunity to live and work in Japan in a technical capacity supporting the Co-Production of Japan's Patriot Missile program and later as the in country representative for the joint Sparrow Missile production.

    Bart has fond memories of the rare opportunity to experience first hand a truly foreign culture both professionally and personally and would recommend it to anyone being given the opportunity to work abroad.
