My wife and I established The Owen Group - a Team of REALTORS still operating and capable of handling any/residential real estate needs - www.theowengroup.net - As we launched more Keller Williams Realty Market Centers, we realized the need for a strong focus on PROFITABILITY and strength - Our focus has been initially on growing the offices to over 100 associates (ours is @ 140+ 12/9/07) and to simultaneously train and coach each of these associates to high level of production . . . I was one of the first coaches at Keller Williams to launch an in-house Coaching program - We are seeing great results and are developing a training program that we believe will perform well in any market.
