    Project Manager – $8bn Global private equity secondaries fund – London (14 months)
    • Initially brought in to manage data migration, took the initiative to restructure the programme of work and provide interim programme management for five months.
    • Conducted a full strategic review and requirements analysis for the data migration project.
    • Responsible for the migration of both static and transactional data from several sources systems (including Investran) into a new proprietary system.
    • Managed the analysis, design and delivery of UK and US Tax-specific functionality.

    Project Manager / Implementation Consultant – $2.6bn European buyout fund – London
    • Six month project, managing an internal project team in conjunction with Frameworks.
    • Delivered the historical data migration and business process implementation for fund accounting, fund administration, portfolio management and performance monitoring.

    Consultant – Eastern European development bank – London (2 years)
    • Detailed requirements analysis for the Fund of Funds investment team (AUM $2.7bn).
    • Re-engineered an Excel-based solution to manage over 100 fund investments, providing complex portfolio management and performance monitoring tools.
    • Represented the investment management team on a multi-million pound change management programme to deliver a Frameworks implementation, SAP R/3 integration and support a risk management project.
    • 6 month sub-project to build a quantitative model, forecasting the portfolio’s current and future investment cash flows, based on Dean Takahashi’s Yale Model. The deliverables from this project enabled senior bankers to better evaluate funds prior to investment. In addition, the model was used to improve the risk management (particularly liquidity risk) and portfolio management business functions.
