So what is the difference between Internet marketing and simply having a website? Am I not just talking about website design? Well indeed they are one and the same thing when it comes down to it but many people have yet to understand that. A website is an integral, and increasingly important, part of your marketing. That's why I've developed from being a website designer (the original business, Elementally, continues to do this, and there we focus on websites for people that sell to local people). Everyone else will get the idea soon enough, and our customers are a step ahead of the game.

There really is more to your website than just good web design.

# The content must appeal to your visitors (your customers)

# Make it really easy for them to get in touch with you

# What do your visitors want when they visit your website?


You must give this to them and then make it really simple to get in touch, to find out more, to become your customers.

Then of course they need to have found your website - this is where search engine optimisation and a good links project comes in. Accessibility - ensure that everyone can get everything possible from your website - include for the 10% of people that have some form of disability.

So you see there is more to it than just a pretty website or just great content. This is what we do well; bring it all together and make the Internet work for you. Or teach you how to do it yourself.
