During my years in the real estate business, the majority of my business has come from a high number of personal referrals, as well as repeat clients. I average 20-25 transactions per year each year, and have been fortunate to attain membership in the Long & Foster Gold Team, as well as the Richmond Association of Realtor Distinguished Achiever award each year. I am familiar with the entire Richmond VA area, and have sold homes in the City of Richmond, as well as the counties of Henrico, Hanover & Chesterfield and have even sold homes in the outlying counties (Goochland, King William, Caroline & Louisa). During this time, I have taken classes to attain my various designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), ePro, CRS (Council of Realtor Specialists). I began my career with Panasonic in their Service Division, in their Atlanta GA regional office. I started out as a Regional Analyst/Internal Auditor, responsible for auditing the factory service centers for operational & financial controls. I was promoted to an Accounting Supervisor & moved to their headquarters location in Secaucus, NJ. In 1992 the company reorganized & my position was consolidated, at which time I moved into the Operations Division and became manager of the Houston TX Factory Service Center, a position I held until I resigned in 1995.

This company, which is no longer in existence, was a property management company which managed apartment complexes. During my employment, I worked in the Acquisitions & Sales Department, in which I worked closely with the Real Estate Broker in analyzing properties to purchase & putting together properties for sale. I also spent some time in a Management Training Program, working in the actual management of apartment complexes & ended my tenure with this company by working in the Internal Audit Department. In 1989, this company was acquired by another company and my position was eliminated.
