Bruce Lambert’s Summary

I'm in the electrical engineering code at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. I worked there in the 80’s to early 90’s as an electrician. In 1992 I was affected by a reduction-in-force. In the past 17-years I expanded my knowledge, skills and abilities through professional education and work experience. Now I’m back, had I never been laid off I would have 25-years of federal service on October 1. That’s fine I’ve come full circle with a bigger bag of tools than most people.

I also provide staff and personal development workshops in ergonomics, safety and energy efficiency. And I’m producing a youth leadership development process for at risk and troubled youths.
