I originally joined PRT to redevelop HTML templates used in existing eBay listings. The solution I developed improved conversions and included elements that promoted cross-sell of parts/accessories and drove buyers to direct sales, saving PRT a great deal of money. Since the eBay strategy was so successful, I was offered the challenge of redeveloping the website.
The website solution included moving the site to an effective ecommerce platform, search engine optimization, content writing and persuasive call-to-action elements. The online channel quickly grew to overtake other revenue channels and became a primary driver for the company. Today the website dominates search results and the online channel continues to thrive.
Through strategic redevelopment of online properties, PRT's online presence grew from an unused, vastly out-of-date brochure website and flat, uninspiring eBay listings to a top-ranking eCommerce website and an effective and efficient eBay strategy.
