Assists specialists improve their call handling skills by listening to their calls, documenting their strengths and AFI’s. Scheduling a 1 on 1 coaching and providing them constructive feedback
Floor Walking - provides assistance regarding PnP questions as well as real time feedback to the specialists during calls
Handles escalated calls particularly out of scope concerns
Handles over-all case management and making sure that they get resolved on time
Provides second level support through phone or email
Conducts audits on calls and documentation of reps and provides feedback during regular coaching sessions with the reps
Conducts trainings and participates in regular calibration sessions with other sites to ensure knowledge dissemination and information sharing
Responsible for providing direct guidance on escalated customer issues
Provides procedural information and training for peers
Facilitates customer order fulfillment, return of products
Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution
