We also have the tools and knowledge to assist with data recovery or computer forensic acquisitions.

  • Treasurer/Office Manager/Quality Control

    Certified Engines Unlimited

    (Airlines/Aviation industry)

    January 2004Present (5 years 7 months)

I wear several hats in our family-owned business. My main responsibilities as Treasurer and Office Manager are to perform and oversee all bank and general ledger transactions, generate and maintain computer forms and documents, and act as the administrator for all tax and insurance related matters. Our annual revenue averages about 6 Million.

As Quality Control Manager, I ensure our stringent FAA guidelines as a part 145 certified repair station are carried out and documented. This includes, but is not limited to, developing employee training curriculum, maintaining our repair station manual, liaison to our FAA Administrator, and repair station audits.

Because of my background in computing, I naturally support the company's computer network, which consists of Windows XP and 2000 clients, an IBM iSeries server and Linux workstations.

  • Computer Crimes Squad - Civilian Volunteer

    Orange County Sheriff's Office

(Government Agency; 1001-5000 employees; Law Enforcement industry)

    20032004 (1 year)

After successfully passing a background check and voice-stress test, I qualified as a Civilian Member of the Sheriff's Office. I assisted the two-member Computer Crimes Squad on computer crimes, which addressed crimes including computer crimes, fraud, sex crimes, crimes against children, theft, and nearly any other type of crime. During my regular Monday volunteer day, I participated in nearly every aspect of the computer forensics process, including seizures, acquisitions, evidence transfers, analysis, and report generation.

Being a part of UCF's Graduate Certificate in Digital Forensics program allowed me this opportunity to work with the department.
